Rather than build on the marble services that the client base already knew about I changed the message entirely. I told the customers that this is a family business that had been around for over 30 years, with three generations of family values. I told the readers about the family and the values they believe hard work, quality work, and giving more than what the customer expects. I also told the readers about the family’s deep rooted belief in faith in God and how they strive to live honestly and true to their faith. Then I connected these family values to quality workmanship that built value in the products and services they offer.
This approach worked so well that my customer reports a 22% increase in sales.
